Triple D in Denver, finally

The Rocky Mountain region is a vast empty space of un-visited Diners, Drive-ins and Dives by Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Haha, I've often looked at my map of DDD restaurants and seen the V-shaped void from northern Texas to Montana and North Dakota. But after this week, we'll be able to mark some Triple D restaurants towards the bottom of that void, around Denver and Boulder, CO.

When Guy and his team come back to Colorado I suggest they get up into the mountains for some unique dining. Even if they only get up into the front range they could find themselves at a place like the Country Road Cafe just outside of Evergreen. Their breakfasts are ridiculous! There's a whole section devoted to their "smashed breakfasts"...creative breakfasts served over mashed potatoes and smothered with gravies or hollandaise. Bring your appetite! http://www.countryroadcafe.com/menu.html
